Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Since our headbands are handmade, shipping usually takes anywhere from 4-5 weeks. Please contact us at hello@bambako.com if you would like to expedite your order.
Q. Do you offer your products for wholesale?
A. Yes. To request our full catalog and for additional wholesale inquiries, please email wholesale@bambako.com.
Q. Would love to have your headbands for my bridesmaids and/or myself for my wedding/special event. May I request a larger quantity and/or special colors other than what is listed on your site?

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. BAMBAKO accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted, but items cannot ship until your check clears. Also, items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually this takes 4-6 days).
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we do take overseas orders. Each international order has a flat S&H fee. There are no shipping costs for each additional item.
Q. How is shipping calculated?
A. Our shipping rates are very reasonable with the consideration of packaging costs. Shipping fees are added at checkout after you decide to buy the items in your shopping cart. There is a flat S&H fee for the first item in your cart and there is no S&H fee for every additional item.
Q. What is your return/refund policy?
A. We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is in pristine/new condition within two weeks of ship receipt. We do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item is no longer in pristine/new condition. BAMBAKO strives to make your shopping experience a happy one.
Q. Do I need to have PayPal to purchase from this store?
A. No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Q. How secure is this store?
A. This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Q. What does BAMBAKO mean?
A. Bambina, loosely translated from Italian, means baby. My brother has always called me bina and my mom took to bamba as my nickname. "Ko" translates to "my" in Tagalog. And tada, bambako = my baby/bamba. :)
